用途 Application

預(yù)制分支電力電纜可在住宅樓、辦公室、賓館、醫(yī)院、商場(chǎng)等高層建筑使用，而且已擴(kuò)展到公路、橋梁及隧道照明燈其它領(lǐng)域。預(yù)制分支電力電纜作為一種新型建筑用線，是工廠按照用戶要求的主、分支電纜型號(hào)、截面、長(zhǎng)度及分支位置等指標(biāo)，經(jīng)過(guò)專業(yè)的一系列設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)流水線將其完成的帶分支的電纜。

The prefad branch electrical power cable can be wildly applied to the tall buildings:dwelling house buildings,office buildings,guesthouses,hospital markets and so on,but also has expanded to the other realm:highway,bridge and tunnel illumination and so on.As a new type of building cable,prefad branch cables are produced according to the targets of consumer’s demands:type of the main and the branch cable,cross section,length and branch position,they are finished on the assembly line in the factory where the worker use a series of special purpose equipments .

產(chǎn)品特性 Product features

(1)絕緣電阻≥200MΩ Insulation resistance ≥200MΩ.

(2)絕緣耐壓≥3.5KV Insulation withstand voltage ≥350KV.

(3)良好的氣密性與防水性，即將分支接頭浸入水中，在水與電芯之間測(cè)量絕緣電阻和工頻耐壓均符合(1)(2)要求。

Excellent air tightness and water proofing quality.When immerge branch joint water,measured insulation resistance between water and cable core,and power frequency withstand voltage meet the requirement of items (1)(2).

(4)分支接頭的接觸電阻小，接觸電阻與等長(zhǎng)的分支線的基準(zhǔn)電阻之比≤1.2。

Little contact resistance of branch joint.The ratio vatio value of contact resistnce vs reference resistance of equal length branch line is equal to less than 1.2.

(5)ZA型阻燃預(yù)制分支電纜，護(hù)套的自烯時(shí)間≤1.2s，符合GB/T 18380.3-2008的要求。

For ZA type flame-retardant prefabricated branch cable,self extinguishing time of jacket is equal to or less than 12s and meets GB/T 18380.3-2008.

(6)NH耐火型電纜除了能正常的工作條件下供電外，還能在燃燒的情況下，保持90min的正常運(yùn)行，符合GB/T 12666.3-2008的要求。

Besiddes power supply in normal workingcondition,fire-resistant type calbe can remain normal operation for 90min under burning condition and meets GB/T 12666.6-2008 .

(7)WDZA、WDNH清潔型預(yù)制分支電纜具有低煙、低毒、無(wú)鹵、耐火、阻燃等優(yōu)越性能。

WDZA、WDNH clean type prefabricated branch cable posses the features such as low-smoke、low-toxic and fire-resistance etc.

(8)VV型電纜的長(zhǎng)期允許溫度為70℃，YJV型點(diǎn)纜的長(zhǎng)期允許溫度為90℃，YJV型預(yù)制分支電纜具有熱穩(wěn)定性和抗老化性。

Max.working temperature of copper core of VV type cable is 70℃ and that of YJV type cable is 90℃.YJV type prefabricated branch cable has excellent themal stability and aging resistance.
